The firm LAMON LAW is an intentionally small-scale law firm that focuses on providing quality legal services. The firm prefers handling cases that relate to intellectual property rights (copyright, portrait rights, trade mark rights, databanks, patents and designs), media law (liability of journalists, the right of reply), commercial and business law (commercial partnerships, contracts, distribution, European economic law, market practices), construction law (liability of architects, industrial contracting), administrative law (government liability, educational disputes) and disciplinary law (admitted professions, government).
The small size of the firm guarantees personal treatment, but also means that a certain selection takes place of the cases that we can handle. We also want to be able to thoroughly study and delve into the case, taking all possible nuances into consideration. We focus on providing preventive legal advice but are also ready and able to argue cases that go to court. As a member of the European lawyers’ network Eurojuris (click here for more information on EUROJURIS), we can also rely on an extensive network of specialised and reliable correspondents in Europe.
We favour a thorough legal approach and are not put off by complex cases or questions and debates on matters of principle. An initial evaluation is made at the start of a case. The resultant advice for the client must be practical and useful in order to serve as the basis for informed choices.
